How does the credit system work?
Standard generation costs 1 credit, HD upscale export costs 2 credits per image, and each mockup render costs 2 credits. Paid plans include monthly credits that reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
Do auto seam-fix retries cost extra credits?
No. For AI Image to Pattern, one generation costs 2 credits and includes up to 2 automatic seam-fix retries at no extra cost. If you click Regenerate manually, that starts a new generation and costs another 2 credits.
What happens if a generation fails; do I still lose credits?
If a generation fails due to a system error, credits are automatically returned or not charged. If it completes successfully, credits are consumed.
How long are my creations stored?
Paid plans keep your gallery available while your subscription is active, and for 30 more days after it expires before deletion.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. If you already have an active subscription, you can schedule an upgrade or downgrade and it will take effect at your next billing cycle. If you are not subscribed, you can choose a plan anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings. After cancellation, you'll keep full access until the end of your billing period and won't be charged again.
Is there a refund policy?
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are virtual goods available immediately upon purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are securely processed through Creem.
Do credits expire?
For paid plans, credits reset monthly and do not accumulate into the next billing cycle.
